Bookings - £10.00 per hour

Setting-up and clearing-up of the Village Hall must be booked and paid for at the normal rate (hourly).

All bookings are subject to our ‘Conditions of venue hire’.

A deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking at Ash Village Hall.

Ash village hall hire charges include: use of hall and stage, heating, lighting, hot water, use of kitchen and tables, chairs and crockery.

Sale of Alcoholic drinks

A licensed bar can be arranged only with The Bell Inn Ash. Please contact Caz for further details on 01935 822727. A written request stating date, time and other relevant details of the booking must be received by The Bell Inn giving at least 21 days ‘notice.
